We’re proud to announce the release of Stumptone’s Gravity Suddenly Released LP, the long-awaited follow-up to their 1999 self-titled debut. It’s been hard to keep this thing under wraps for so long (advance CD-Rs have been floating around the Metroplex for more than a year now), but it’s been worth the wait. It’s adventurous and comforting, psychedelic and grounding, all at the same time. You can listen to a few tracks at the band’s MySpace page. (For a more dramatic presentation, see their web site, with photography by bassist Peter Salisbury.)

Gravity is available as a limited-edition green and white vinyl LP, with hand-screened covers and a CD included for your convenience. You can order a copy from our catalog, or pick it up in person at their upcoming release shows:

Apr 26 @ Good Records, Dallas, TX (4:00 PM, free)
May 2 @ J&J’S, Denton, TX
May 3 @ Lola’s, Fort Worth, TX
Jun 6 @ Dan’s Silverleaf, Denton, TX
